#2 Bianca Belair has never been NXT Women's Champion
Before joining WWE, Bianca Belair was a big name on the CrossFit circuit, but that stage of her career ended prematurely due to Belair discovering that she had shifting-rib syndrome. Not long after her 2017 NXT debut, Belair embarked on a lengthy undefeated streak.
Following this, Belair began a rivalry with SaniTY member Nikki Cross. Belair and Cross were involved in a strong sequence of matches, including one that ended in a double count-out. After Cross moved to RAW, Belair began to set her sights on the NXT Women’s Championship. The EST of NXT managed to come out on top in a Fatal 4-Way match to determine the next No. 1 contender, but she was defeated by then-reigning champion Shayna Baszler.

This win ended Belair’s undefeated streak at 367 days. Around this time, The EST of NXT was a standout part of the winning women’s Survivor Series team. The star would also have another title shot against Rhea Ripley after winning a battle royal on NXT, and ended up involved in a three-way feud against Ripley and future champion Charlotte Flair. Again, Belair came close but didn’t quite manage to become champion.
During her last few months in NXT, Belair also put in a standout performance in the 2020 Royal Rumble. She entered the ring at No. 2 and set a record by eliminating eight women, which was later matched by runner-up Shayna Baszler. Although Belair didn’t win, she was one of the most talked-about performers that night.
Bianca Belair is now a member of the RAW roster, after appearing with her husband’s tag team The Street Profits at WrestleMania 36. With the level of ability in-ring and on the mic, as well as a distinctive look, it’s hard to believe that Bianca Belair has yet to win a title in WWE.
