Nia Jax may currently be on the sidelines recovering but it's worth remembering that not long before her injury forced her out, Jax was terrorising several of the top stars in WWE's male division and looked comfortable doing so.

Jax then had a number of physical altercations with Dean Ambrose during which she humiliated the former Shield stable member and current AEW star. Now, I'm not saying this is the case at all, but there are some that say that Jax chased Ambrose out of WWE, he was that scared of her.
Basically what I'm saying is that Nia Jax is a formidable opponent for anyone, man or woman, and when she returns she could absolutely attempt to become the next WWE or Universal Champion, and would in all likelihood be successful doing so.
