#3 Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens was fighting to become a significant part of RAW not too long ago, when he stood up to Seth Rollins after Survivor Series 2019. Owens and Rollins had a lengthy feud, in which they threw everything at each other before Owens was able to win and close out their rivalry at WrestleMania 36.
However, The Monday Night Messiah has continued to appear on the Red brand, and even get in contention for the WWE Championship. Meanwhile, The Prizefighter hasn’t been seen since.

KO is one of the biggest Superstars on RAW, and he will require a big rivalry once he returns to action on Monday nights. Jinder Mahal can play the role of a great heel for the brand and give KO a tough fight to keep him busy until he can get in contention for the top prize himself.
A rivalry between Owens and Mahal will keep RAW fast and flowing while Rollins and McIntyre are busy settling their differences. We could end up seeing the winner of the rivalry between Mahal and KO move up for a title shot down the line.
