#1 Edge
This may not go down well with some fans, but hear me out...
Edge returned to a thunderous ovation at the 2020 Royal Rumble and made his singles return to the ring at WrestleMania 36. Even though The Rated-R Superstar has only participated in two matches since his return and has been missing since WrestleMania, we know that he will return eventually.

Edge’s return was significantly boosted by the heelwork of his first competitor, Randy Orton. Orton’s villainous tactics worked exceptionally well in putting Edge over big time, especially during their match at WrestleMania.
Now that we know that Edge is a pure babyface, he will be looking for more challenges to come across as a threatening Superstar after returning to the ring following a nine-year hiatus.
Keeping that in mind, we will need to see him take on the biggest heels in the business, and Seth Rollins, along with Jinder Mahal and AJ Styles are the two most accomplished villains on the Red brand today.
