With the dream match of AJ Styles vs Nakamura set for this year's WrestleMania and WWE finally pulling the trigger for Cena vs Undertaker, all seems well for the WWE Universe.
But with these matches set to take place soon, the WWE Universe would like to see some new feuds and fresh storylines post WrestleMania, which will change the course of WWE for years to come.
With this being said, let us look at the list of feuds the WWE Universe wants to see.
#1 AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins
We all know how talented Styles and Rollins are in the ring. Both Superstars are easily capable of putting on phenomenal matches and are great workers of the mic.
Styles and Rollins are currently the best wrestlers in WWE right now, if not the world. The match between these two can easily qualify as a match of the year candidate.
A match of such intensity must take place in a high profile pay-per-view and which is better than the Grandest Stage of Them All... the main event of WrestleMania. This will surely freshen up the main event scene, which has been stale the last couple of years.
#2 Braun Strowman vs Samoa Joe
Who would have thought, three years ago when Braun Strowman debuted in WWE as a part of The Wyatt Family, that he would have been in a position that he's currently in.
Strowman has risen to the top of the WWE roster with his monstrous strength, his in-ring skills and his athleticism. He has effortlessly destroyed half the roster all by himself, and the question remains: can anyone stop this monster? Well, the answer is simple Samoa Joe.
Even though these two monsters have crossed each other's path in the past, they have never gone one-on-one with each other. The match between these two will definitely blow the roof off the place and Samoa Joe can be shown as a real threat in Braun's path of destruction.
#3 Sasha Banks vs Bayley
These two top female Superstars have been the key players in the women's revolution. They both had a memorable time in NXT but their momentum was cut short by some underwhelming storylines in the main roster.
The storylines have been so terrible that the WWE Universe has turned on their once beloved female Superstars.
WWE has been teasing a match between these two for the last couple of weeks and one of them is destined to turn heel. The feud will freshen up women's matchups and will help them regain their lost momentum.
These two are currently set to face each other at this year's WrestleMania unless WWE needs them for the Inaugural Women's Battle Royal. This will give WWE much needed time for the buildup of the story
#4 Roman Reigns vs John Cena
Well, there might be a fair share of arguments about this matchup, but it needs to happen again, but this time at WrestleMania. A match of this caliber took place at last year's No Mercy pay-per-view. The match left many fans wondering whether it was the passing of the torch to Reigns and if Cena was done as a wrestler.
While this cemented Reigns' position as the next face of the company, Cena exactly wasn't going anywhere and was busy finding his road to WrestleMania.
These two have to face each other once again. Both are capable of telling great stories on the mic and as well as in the ring. Now that Cena wants to focus on Hollywood, this match will be a perfect send-off to the man who has held this company on his back for the last 16.
With the match taking place at WrestleMania, it will definitely steal the show as their previous encounter was an instant classic.
This will be the official passing of the torch to the Big Dog as Cena bids adieu after the end of the match.
#5 John Cena vs Kurt Angle
John Cena first broke into the scene in WWE by attacking The Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle. Both of them were involved in epic rivalries back in the day and with both nearing the end of their career this match needs to happen as soon as possible and the WWE Universe is eager to know whether WWE is going to pull the trigger on this match.
Both these legends are unbelievable wrestlers, and let's face it, they aren't getting any younger. It will be a perfect end to the illustrious career of Angle, with Cena being the man to end his career in a similar way Anle had welcomed him 16 years ago.
A career vs career will make the match interesting and create a lot of buzz among the old-school wrestling fans.
