One of the biggest questions heading into this match is what would happen if Roman Reigns loses the Universal Championship? Should he lose the title, how would WWE continue his character and the entire Head of the Table"= storyline? One possible way could be the return of Jimmy Uso.

Jey Uso has played a massive role in the storyline of Roman Reigns in the last few months. After Jimmy Uso's injury, WWE looked to have no plans for Jey initially, but the second half of 2020 saw him emerge as a major singles competitor. While Jey first stood up against Roman Reigns, he ultimately ended up joining hands with him, acknowledging him as the Tribal Chief.

But Jimmy Uso definitely has some bad blood with Roman Reigns. It was at WWE Hell in a Cell 2020 where Jimmy returned to save his brother Jey from the wrath of Reigns. While he did save his brother, Roman Reigns ended up attacking him.

Jimmy Uso hasn't been seen on WWE TV since then but he could return at WrestleMania 37 for revenge and cost Roman Reigns his Universal Championship. This way, WWE could further the Head of the Table gimmick while also taking the Universal Championship off Roman Reigns.
