#1 Drew McIntyre wins at Fastlane after turning heel
Fastlane could be the night a major double turn takes place. Drew McIntyre and Sheamus have been slugging it out for quite a while now. Fans have seen the Celtic Warrior pinning the Scottish Psychopath and they have seen the opposite happening too.
One should fully expect tonight's match to end in a way that will leave everyone talking about it. Perhaps WWE will book a double turn with McIntyre turning heel to win the match at Fastlane, turning Sheamus face in the process.
Bobby Lashley vs. Kevin Owens (2018) and Alberto Del Rio vs. Dolph Ziggler (2013) are some recent examples of Superstars changing characters mid-match.
This finish would make sense considering how well-received Bobby Lashley's WWE Championship win was despite being a heel. There is no chance that fans will boo The Almighty at WrestleMania 37. Therefore, the smart thing to do on the road to the Show of Shows would be to allow Lashley to enter as a tweener, if not a babyface, and McIntyre as a heel.
To fully embrace his villainous side over the next couple of weeks, The Scottish Psychopath will have to start at Fastlane. Fans shouldn't rule out the possibility of the two-time WWE Champion wreaking havoc on his former best friend tonight without any concern for his safety.
