#1 Becky Lynch replaces an "injured" competitor to win the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match
Liv Morgan and Nikki A.S.H. are the biggest babyfaces in the 2021 Women's Money in the Bank ladder match. But that could all change if Becky Lynch returns this Sunday.
Reports indicate that Lynch is scheduled to be at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, although there is no confirmation regarding her potential on-screen appearance.

As per the storyline, let's assume that a MITB participant gets ambushed backstage. If they are unable to compete in the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match, Becky Lynch could capitalize on the opportunity and make her long-awaited return. As a result, she may even go on to win the entire contest.
Keep in mind that Lynch never lost her RAW Women's Championship to anyone before taking her maternity leave last year. Instead, she willingly handed the title to Asuka, who had secured the MITB briefcase in 2020.
Winning the Money in the Bank contract would allow Becky Lynch to re-enter the top title picture.
One might argue that she doesn't need the contract to challenge for the RAW Women's Championship again. However, inserting the MITB briefcase in her path to the top of WWE's pecking order would increase the stakes significantly.
