In September of 1997, Don Callis made his debut for the WWF as a member and eventually the leader of a faction known as The Truth Commission. While portraying his Jackal gimmick, Don Callis would mostly compete in singles matches on Shotgun Saturday Night and during WWF House Shows.
Following his stint with the WWF, which had only lasted till 1999, Callis would eventually jump ship to ECW as Cyrus The Virus and following his tenure as an in-ring performer, the former IWA Heavyweight Champion finally called it a day inside the squared circle and eventually went on to establish himself as one of the most well-renowned commentators in the world.
Callis, who currently works as the heel commentator for NJPW English, is quite arguably one of the best at what he does and in 2017, the Canadian also became Impact Wrestling's new Executive Vice-President and has taken the promotion to new heights.
