Associating himself with WWE in as early as 1992, Scott Steiner had a few short stints with WWE on a few occasions.

Even though he became a very big name in and out of the company and was referred to as "Big Poppa Pump,” he only won the WWF Tag Team Championships twice with Rick Steiner in the company.

His last match with the company came in 2004, after which he was released in August the same year. He continued to try his hands at other promotions and got extremely successful, winning several Championships in the process.

Steiner’s association with Total Nonstop Action (TNA) wrestling, along with several problems he’s had with the company, led to him having a big fall out with WWE. He has been very critical of the company since his departure.

Steiner went as far as to threaten to kill Hulk Hogan in an airport, which forced the company to ban him from even attending the 2015 ceremony of the WWE Hall of Fame.

Even though Big Poppa Pump has denied threatening Hogan, it seems more than likely that the reasons stated above will not allow him to get inducted to the Hall of Fame.
