#2 Big Daddy V
We all know the company’s obsession with big men, and how they are booked to go over during their initial days but are buried soon after.
Big Daddy V, also know as Viscera, was on the receiving end of such treatment by the company. Vince brought him in as a heelish monster, and he took on many different gimmicks but never got as over as he could have gotten.
He started off as one half of "The Harlem Knights" before being re-introduced as Mabel and put in another tag team setup, "Men on a Mission." This would yield him rewards as he was crowned the 'King of the Ring' in 1995. Unfortunately, things went downhill from here for the near 500 pounder as he was released the subsequent year.
In 1998, he was once again repackaged as Viscera, a gothic looking individual who served as an enforcer for the Undertaker's ministry of Darkness. Despite his menacing gimmick and massive size, he failed to get a push owing to his limited move set and largely remained a midcarder.
Viscera won the WWF Hardcore Championship and WWF Tag Team Championship once in his career but never got far enough.
His unfortunate death led to many critics questioning the company’s treatment towards their employees, and on the first anniversary of his death, his widow sued the company.
The lawsuit claimed that the company misinformed him and other superstars about the performance risks that led to him having migraines, short-term memory loss, and depression. This was seen as a major factor contributing to his early death.
Hence, it’s highly likely that the company will avoid using Big Daddy V’s name on screen again and will not induct him in the Hall of Fame.
