#4. Former WWE Superstars Miro and Lana started dating while working together

Miro (Rusev) and Lana became one of the most prominent couples in WWE during their time there. Miro enjoyed a 10-year run with the company that saw him get into several big mid-card rivalries.

Meanwhile, Lana managed Miro for several years and helped him become one of the most despicable heels in WWE. The couple formed a strong bond backstage and got married in July 2016.

Speaking to Reel Talker, Miro explained how he and Lana used to travel together and that’s how they grew closer to each other. One thing led to another, and they started dating while working for WWE:

“We were always riding together after shows, and we were always next to each other while riding with different people in cars. I felt like something was happening, but I didn’t want to scare anybody. I didn’t want to push her away. We kind of just took our time. Eventually, I invited her out on a date, and she started asking, ‘What’s your favorite color?’ Next thing you know we kiss, then we move in together. Then we bought a home,” Miro said.

Things started slow for the couple in WWE, but they quickly grew fond of each other. Miro was released by WWE in April 2020, and went on to join AEW thereafter. Meanwhile, Lana was released by WWE in June 2021 whilst she was still in the midst of a storyline.
