#2. Former WWE Superstars Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green met in January 2017

Chelsea Green had a much shorter tenure in WWE compared to Matt Cardona (Zack Ryder). Cardona was released from his contract after spending over 15 years working for the company.

The former WWE Superstar met his fiancee Green outside WWE. In fact, he was introduced to Chelsea Green by two AEW stars. In an interview, Cardona revealed that it was Cody Rhodes and Brandi Rhodes who introduced him to Green while they were working at IMPACT Wrestling:

"You're single. Why don't you guys...I'm like...I don't want to date a wrestler. Been there, done that, doesn't work out. No way. And then they said, 'She likes Disney.' Oh, she likes Disney...ok. So, I did the typical slide into the DMs and I think the first thing was, you like Disney. We went on a date, like two weeks later. She tried avoiding me but I finally got through," Matt Cardona said.

Cardona was initially against the idea of dating a wrestler while Green tried to avoid him. However, things worked out well for the two former WWE Superstars, who are extremely happy together.
