It may be unfair to call Sting a WWE star because he only had 3 matches in the company, one of which resulted in the end of his wrestling career. Why I'm saying that he can show up at Slammiversary 2020 is because he has maintained that he can still go even after he has been told that his career is over.
Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
Sting is a globally recognized Superstar who is in great shape despite his age and there's always a chance to do matches in a safe manner especially if you consider that Impact Wrestling (with Lucha Underground) was the first company to embrace the cinematic format, even before WWE did.
If Sting shows up at Slammiversary and becomes the Impact Wrestling World Champion, a lot of curious minds and souls will tune in to check out what's up with the company again, even if there's some flak for him wrestling at his age.
Is this a return you'd want to see, folks?
