Braun Strowman was Universal Champion following WWE WrestleMania 36, but it didn't stop him from being cut from the company.
The Monster Among Men was one of the most surprising releases from WWE in 2021. It appears that he is still yet to find a long-term destination following his departure.

Like several other names who make up this list, Strowman created quite a character in WWE and the company had the rights to his likeness. He was someone that WWE had created and Adam Scherr decided to mark the end of his persona with a bang.
The former champion shared images on his social media pages earlier his year that showed that he had shaved his head and his recognizable beard to make it clear that the era of the Monster was over.
Strowman has wrestled several matches since his WWE departure. However, it appears the former WWE Superstar is in no hurry to be tied down to another long-term contract.
