Many former WWE Superstars have held the Women's Championship over the past 50 years. While some continue to perform inside the squared circle, others have stepped away from the ring to pursue other careers.
Although several years have passed since they last wrestled in the promotion, some of the aforementioned retired former champions still look almost the same. However, others' appearances have drastically changed. Some of these ladies now look practically unrecognizable.
Check out five former WWE Women's Champions who look almost unrecognizable below.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
#5 Jillian Hall
In 2004, Jillian Hall officially signed with the Stamford-based company. She made her main roster debut the following year. The 44-year-old had the shortest Divas Championship reign in 2009. Five minutes after beating Mickie James to capture the title on RAW, she lost it to Melina.
Hall was released from her contract in November 2010. She has since made a few sporadic appearances in WWE. In 2021, she participated in the Women's Royal Rumble match. Three years after the former Divas Champion's last appearance in the Stamford-based company, she now looks completely unrecognizable.
#4 Sable
Sable had two runs in the Stamford-based company. The 56-year-old held the Women's Championship for 175 days during her first stint. In 2004, Brock Lesnar's wife ended her second run and retired from professional wrestling seemingly at the request of her now-husband.
For 20 years, Sable has not appeared on television despite Lesnar's return to the promotion. Meanwhile, she has been spotted a few times with The Beast Incarnate. A recent photo of the former Women's Champion with her husband and friends surfaced on the internet, and many fans pointed out how unrecognizable Sable looked.
#3 Candice Michelle
Like Jillian Hall, Candice Michelle officially joined WWE 20 years ago. She had a five-year run as an active in-ring competitor, during which she held the Women's Championship for 104 days.
Although she retired following her release in 2009, the 46-year-old made a one-off return a decade later to win the 24/7 Championship on a RAW reunion episode. However, she dropped the title seconds later to Alundra Blayze. Last August, Michelle attended an episode of RAW as she sat among the crowd.
The former Women's Champion is active on social media. She now looks much different than she did during her run in the Stamford-based company.
#2 Rockin' Robin
In 1987, Rockin' Robin debuted in WWE. In October of the following year, Grizzly Smith's daughter defeated Sensational Sherri to capture the Women's Championship. She held the title for 501 days. The title was later deactivated when Robin left the Stamford-based company 34 years ago.
The now-retired former Women's Champion has not appeared in WWE for many years. While Robin is not active on social media, some fan pages have posted recent photos of her. Thirty-five years after she last competed in the Stamford-based promotion, the second-generation star looks completely unrecognizable.
#1 WWE Hall of Famer Wendi Richter
Between 1983 and 1985, Wendi Richter worked for the Stamford-based company. During her stint, the 64-year-old held the Women's Championship twice. Richter's second title reign ended in controversy as The Fabulous Moolah, who competed as The Spider, pinned her despite the champion kicking out after the first count.
Although the 64-year-old did not leave the promotion on good terms, she returned in 2010 to enter the Hall of Fame. Like Rockin' Robin, the two-time Women's Champion is inactive on social media. However, almost a year ago, a fan posted a photo with Richter where she looked significantly different than how viewers remember her.
