Brock Lesnar looked on course to defeat Seth Rollins for the WWE Championship at the Battleground pay-per-view in July 2015. However, The Undertaker attacked Lesnar and caused a disqualification, setting up a match between the long-term rivals in the main event of SummerSlam.

Billed as a match “too big for WrestleMania”, The Undertaker picked up the victory in controversial circumstances when, moments after the referee failed to spot that “The Deadman” had submitted, Lesnar passed out to the Hell’s Gate.

The most memorable moment from the match, besides the finish, came towards the end when both men were recovering on the canvas after Lesnar kicked out of a tombstone. “The Beast” sat up first and began to laugh, prompting ‘Taker to sit up in his trademark fashion before laughing maniacally back in the face of his opponent.

While it was ‘Taker who made this moment special (and a GIF for years to come), Lesnar’s initial reaction to seeing his rival on the mat was also hilarious.
