#4. Goldberg botches The Jackhammer on Bray Wyatt at WWE Super ShowDown 2020
WWE had the controversial idea to give Goldberg the Universal Championship at the beginning of 2020.
Not only did Goldberg win the Championship in his match against Bray Wyatt at Super ShowDown, but he also became the first person to pin The Fiend, which marked the downfall of his career.
The match itself was the usual Goldberg spectacle, but one moment that stood out to fans was when the star went on to deliver his own finisher.
Goldberg has been delivering The Jackhammer to opponents throughout his career, but when attempting to deliver it to The Fiend it looked very different.
The three-minute squash match ended with what looked like an ordinary suplex rather than the usual Jackhammer that fans have become accustomed to, which is all down to the way that Goldberg set it up.
Goldberg then went on to carry the Universal Championship heading into WrestleMania, where he was originally scheduled to defend against Roman Reigns. Braun Strowman was his last-minute replacement and was able to defeat Goldberg to win his first World Championship.
