John Cena
Back at No Mercy 2017, Roman Reigns and John Cena put on an incredible match to follow a really fun build. Now, years later, Roman could continue his habit of killing off legends by squaring off with John Cena on The Grandest Stage of Them All.
The idea that these guys can't go in the ring has been proven wrong on multiple occasions, and it's about time they're given the spotlight to do what they do best.
Sure, the fans may boo, and they might try and hijack the match, but Reigns and Cena are more than good enough to win them over. They aren't known for being conventional wrestlers in the ring, but they've got a few surprises in their locker, and if they need to pull them out, they will.
Reigns going over would be the obvious route forward with this but if they wanted to go rogue, perhaps this could be the moment that John Cena finally turns heel. If they combine that with him winning his 17th world title, then they'd seriously be on to a winner.
