Lacey Evans didn't have any issues in the main event
WWE did a fantastic job making Lacey Evans the Special Guest Referee, given the fact that Seth Rollins couldn't take her out with a steel chair so he was then forced to follow her rules. The fact that she became the referee at the request of Baron Corbin made the match somewhat predictable throughout since almost every member of the WWE Universe on Twitter noted that Becky Lynch would make her way to the ring to take out Evans.
WWE pushed the fact that Rollins and Lynch were in a relationship throughout the show so it was obvious that it was building towards something, and when Lacey Evans came out, the company got their pay-off. Another issue here as well was the fact that Evans had only lost to Lynch a few hours before and she didn't show any signs that she had been in a match, which is just bad storytelling.
