A spin-off was created with The Rock starring in his first lead role as The Scorpion King. He received a massive $5.5 million for playing the role.
The sum earned him the Guinness World Record for the highest-paid actor in their first leading role. This paved way for more fortunes for the former WWE Superstar who showed that his talent was not just restricted to the WWE ring.
