#4 The Hardy Boys make a surprise return at Wrestlemania 33- 2 April 2017
Jeff and Matt Hardy are two of the most beloved wrestlers of all time, both individually and as a team. In 2009 Jeff Hardy was arguably the most popular wrestler in the world. He was on the top of the mountain in WWE. Unfortunately, he left the company that year. His brother Matt was also soon to follow. He also left the WWE the following year.
The two then began a successful run in the then TNA where they went on to hold the company's top belts on multiple occasions, By 2016, Matt struck genius with his 'Broken' gimmick.
Jeff was soon to join in. The Hardys were once again an extremely popular act and wrestling fans beyond TNA's fanbase started watching them. This made all of us want them to return to WWE, the grandest and most of our beloved wrestling promotion.
On the night of Wrestlemania 33, as the New Day's music hit and the three teams set to compete in a ladder match stood bewildered in the ring, the fans were confused.
Most of us had a slight ray of hope in our heart for what was about to happen and when the iconic Hardy Boyz theme hit, the entire crowd at Camping World Stadium and millions watching at home burst into exultant approbation.
There was no moment like it, and the crowd stayed electric, chanting all the popular Hardy catchphrases for a long time. It was one of the most wonderful and heartwarming homecomings indeed that fans worldwide rejoiced.
