#1 The Undertaker's booking at WrestleMania 30-34
The Undertaker is hands down one of the greatest to ever step foot in a WWE ring, but his run over the past five years or so has left a bad taste in fans' mouths. The Undertaker's WrestleMania booking from 2014 to 2018 has been one rollercoaster ride, and not something that hardcore fans of The Deadman had ever anticipated. It began when Brock Lesnar defeated The Undertaker at WrestleMania 30 to put an end to the streak, a decision that many fans resent to this day. The Undertaker himself stated that he would have liked for Roman Reigns to be the one to break the streak.
At WrestleMania 31 and 32, The Undertaker defeated Bray Wyatt and Shane McMahon respectively, but the wins didn't garner the kind of reaction WWE wanted, as the streak had already been broken and it just didn't matter to a large number of fans. At WWE WrestleMania 33, The Undertaker lost to Roman Reigns, bringing his loss record to two losses at The Show Of Shows. At this point, the streak had been ruined beyond repair, but fans were relieved to see that The Undertaker had hinted at retirement following the match.
The Undertaker's WWE booking over the past few years has left the fans scratching their heads
This was all for naught though, as The Undertaker returned at next year's WrestleMania to take on John Cena. By this time, The Undertaker wasn't fit enough to have a proper match and put Cena down in a matter of minutes. What could have been a classic encounter between two of the greatest of all time, ended up being a forgettable squash. The Undertaker's WWE WrestleMania booking from 2014 to 2018 did a lot of damage to his standing as an all-time great, and many fans would have preferred to see him hang up the boots after his loss to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 30, which Vince McMahon had assumed at the time.
