Time and again, Sami Zayn has shown how vital of an asset he is to the mid-card of WWE SmackDown. While RAW struggles to maintain the momentum during its 3 hours, Zayn has picked up the mantle on SmackDown to deliver consistently entertaining segments in the middle portions of the show.
His Great Liberator gimmick has done wonders for him, and it was on full display on this week's WWE SmackDown as well. In the main event of the night, Zayn came out holding some placards along with cameramen, who are documenting his struggle to attain justice.

One of the placards read, 'Big E is not my IC Champion', which understandably angered the New Day stablemate, who came to take down the former IC Champion. The eventual beatdown was hilarious, and so was the deadpan expression adopted by Big E during the process.
With Zayn also a part of the Men's Rumble match at WWE Royal Rumble 2021, the fans are in for a treat, as he will surely have some plan up his sleeve to make his stay in the match funny and memorable.
