#4 Kharma
When WWE snatched up Awesome Kong in 2011, it was a huge win for the company.
After all, Kong had been one of the most dominant women in TNA, and things started strong for the newly-christened Kharma when she debuted at Extreme Rules.
For months, Kharma demolished women on the roster, without ever having a match, until she burst into tears after one beatdown.
Revealing she was pregnant, this was definitely a setback, though could've been good in the long run.
If the company was patient, Kharma could've returned in just under a year, and resumed her monstrous ways.
Instead, her story was completely dropped, as after she competed in the 2012 Royal Rumble match, where she eliminated Michael Cole of all people, Kharma left the WWE, becoming one of the biggest what-ifs in recent history.
