#4 Dean Ambrose
Let's face it, Dean Ambrose is likely to leave WWE by putting someone else over i.e., losing to his opponent at WrestleMania 35. Now, although logic dictates that "The Lunatic Fringe" ought to lose to an up-and-comer, and put the younger Superstar over before bidding adieu to the company, he doesn't really have any momentum on his side in the first place!
Nevertheless, with that being said, let's take a look at the other end of this equation. The Undertaker needs a decent opponent against whom he'd be matched up at WrestleMania 35 this April 7th.

Considering everything mentioned above, it only makes sense for The Undertaker to face Ambrose at WrestleMania 35. Let's face it, The Undertaker is going to be booked to win against whoever he faces at 'Mania, except obviously Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns.
With Ambrose leaving WWE, and The Undertaker needing to face and beat a fairly well-known name at WrestleMania, Ambrose is an excellent option...
