One expects Crown Jewel to be the primary focus of RAW in coming weeks. The most surprising aspect of the event is how both Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins feature in big matches at the event, but Dean Ambrose doesn't. He doesn't have a single match at what should be one of WWE's biggest pay-per-views of the year. And this makes me wonder.

Dean Ambrose is one of the biggest stars on RAW, when all is said and done. For him to be sitting on the sidelines makes no sense. The only reason this could be happening is because it makes sense from a storyline perspective.

The fact that Rollins is competing in the tournament means that the Intercontinental Championship may not even be defended at Crown Jewel. This could cause further discord between the two highly competitive athletes.
