5 indications we got from WWE Elimination Chamber 2019

Will Becky Lynch be reinstated after her actions at Elimination Chamber?
Will Becky Lynch be reinstated after her actions at Elimination Chamber?

Its no secret that The Road to WrestleMania 35 is mired with twists and turns, but the ones presented to The WWE Universe at The Elimination Chamber pay per view were absolutely jaw-dropping. Beyond that, they also helped to set the stage for what could be a very unpredictable WrestleMania 35.

Then there's everything WWE set up for the coming weeks and The Fastlane pay per view, which will also be interesting to see play out. If nothing else, WWE has a measurable amount of momentum right now and whether The WWE Universe likes it or not, they are doing some of their best booking right now as well.

With that being said and The Elimination Chamber pay per view now in the books, here are five things The WWE hinted at during Sunday's show. As always, let us know your thoughts in the comments below and also let us know what you think the company is planning to do in the future.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

#5 Fire and Desire imploding

Is WWE planning to break up Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville?
Is WWE planning to break up Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville?

Six teams battled it out inside The Elimination Chamber to become the first ever women's tag team champions and the results were incredible, to say the least. Not only was that evident by how into it the crowd was throughout the entire contest, but also by how Sasha Banks and Bayley came through to win the tag team titles.

Interestingly enough, that victory came at the expense of Fire and Desire, who had a miscue, which allowed Sasha Banks to set up The Bank statement on Sonya Deville and win the titles. With that being said and WWE seemingly very right on Mandy Rose right now, one could probably imagine the team imploding relatively soon.

Of course, they will probably get a rematch or two before doing so, but fire and Desire should be done by time WrestleMania 35 rolls around.

#4 Lio Rush going back to 205 Live

Lio Rush doesn't seem to have much of a purpose on Monday Night Raw anymore.
Lio Rush doesn't seem to have much of a purpose on Monday Night Raw anymore.

What's the point?

No seriously, what's the point of Lio Rush being on the main roster after the implosion of his partnership with Bobby Lashley? Sure, WWE could put Rush in a Mustafa Ali sort of situation and make him Monday Night Raw exclusive, but he really doesn't have the same charisma and is far less likeable.

Beyond that, he isn't the type of superstar that WWE should waste a lot of television time on, especially with the recent addition of NXT call-ups in mind, which is yet another reason why Rush going back to 205 seems like the best bet. In fact, it would probably be the perfect way to move Lashley to the next chapter of career and put Rush back where he belongs.

In the end, WWE might try to drag this out again and maybe even have the two make up at some point, but that can't be the company's long term plan here.

#3 Becky Lynch's suspension being lifted

Will Becky Lynch's suspension be lifted soon?
Will Becky Lynch's suspension be lifted soon?

Becky Lynch steals the show once again!

Unfortunately for Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair, Lynch stole the show by making her way through the audience on crutches, beating both women senseless with those crutches and then walking off while the crowd cheered. If nothing else, it wasn't anything groundbreaking, but it accomplished everything it needed to.

With that being said and Becky Lynch continuing to show up wherever she pleases, it's becoming obvious that Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey are eventually going to call for her to be reinstated so they can get their hands on her.

In fact, after how Becky Lynch tricked Rousey into turning her back on her, don't be surprised if the request comes sooner rather than later. In the end, when and where WWE ultimately decides to do this is up to them, but with WM 35 getting closer and closer, how long can they really hold off on something like this?

#2 The Miz being Daniel Bryan's next opponent

The Miz versus Daniel Bryan. Who wins?
The Miz versus Daniel Bryan. Who wins?

Is The Miz going to be Daniel Bryan's next challenger?

Although that might sound absolutely ridiculous, especially after he lost the tag team titles to The Uso's at The Elimination Chamber, the possibility becomes much more likely when you consider the lack of other challengers. It becomes even more likely when you consider how big of a babyface The Miz is right now.

Think about it! The Miz just lost the tag team titles after announcing his second child, dedicating the match to wife and having one of the best tag team matches of the year. If nothing else, WWE is trying to get fans to sympathize with The Miz, which could propel him to a WWE title match against Daniel Bryan

In the end, The Miz is the only real contender that WWE has left on Smackdown Live, and he is building up momentum quick. With that being said and WrestleMania being right around the corner, expect The Miz to rise in some form or fashion and become the new number one contender.

#1 Something happening with The New Day

Will The New Day stay together or finally disband?
Will The New Day stay together or finally disband?

What is going on with The New Day?

The trio has been relegated to midcard hell for the last couple of years and while they are sometimes given opportunities, it's far less than what they deserve. Beyond that, Corey Graves even said it himself that he forgot Kofi Kingston was a legitimate contender due to the constant talk of being booty and pancakes.

With that being said and The New Day gimmick running its course, one would have to believe that the company is heading towards some kind of break up of the group. Either that or WWE is hoping to use Kofi Kingston's performance to legitimize the group as contenders, which could also work, but doesn't seem as satisfying.

If nothing else, The New Day gimmick has become an albatross around the groups next. Sure, they are a popular tag team, are great merchandise sellers and are a constant part of Smackdown Live, but that doesn't make them legitimate contenders. What would make them legitimate contenders however is ditching the New Day gimmick and doing something else!
