Impact's Women's Division has always been one of its strengths (as evidenced by Slammiversary), but adding a veteran like Kimber Lee makes perfect sense. Lee has been with WWE in the past, and that speaks to her potential, but given the freedom that Impact would provide her over that company, she'd excel with all those opponents.
Lee has the ability to work many different styles, and with Jessicka Havok, Taya, Tessa, Su Yung, Rosemary and so much talent, she'd fit right in, and add another layer to the women's division. Kimber has so much talent, so it's confusing as to why she hasn't yet made it big, but if the company got behind her, she could easily be the fact of a division, alongside all the other talent Impact has.
Since leaving WWE, she hasn't shown an interest in another big company, but Impact is doing great work, and if they give her the chance, she'll go on a star-making run that we've all been expecting.
