The first ever all women's pay-per-view included a number of female ring announcers, commentators and even Jessika Carr who was the first ever female referee at a WWE pay-per-view.
Jessika refereed the NXT Women's Championship match which saw Baszler become the first two-time NXT Women's Champion. Sadly, this and the Mae Young Classic final were the only matches that Carr was part of in Long Island when many of the WWE Universe wanted her to be part of the main event.

The commentary team made history since it was the first time two women had commentated on a full WWE pay-per-view as Beth Phoenix and Renee Young joined Michael Cole and it was the first time that three separate women had been able to ring announce a full pay-per-view with Lilian Garcia, JoJo Offerman, Dasha Fuentez taking control of the show.
