Currently, Matt Bloom is a head trainer at the WWE Performance Center and helps the Superstars of the future hone their craft before making their way to the big leagues. There was a time though, when Bloom donned the gimmick of a scary, intimidating freak of nature, called A-Train. He returned to WWE after a long hiatus on the RAW after WrestleMania 28, in 2012. Now dubbed as Lord Tensai, Bloom hadn't lost his scary demeanor one bit.

For around a year, Bloom was promoted as a dominant heel, but it all changed in 2013, when he formed an alliance with Brodus Clay. The duo used to come out to the ring and perform dance moves on Clay's tune. Clay and Tensai received a hilarious name, "Tons of Funk".

The two didn't remain together for long and tensions began creeping up between the two Superstars in late 2013. Soon after the team disbanded, WWE took Bloom off weekly TV and he began working as a commentator in NXT. Bloom was soon transferred to the WWE Performance Center, and given the designation of a head coach.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
