The former Universal Champions have no problem in competing in Saudi Arabia. Hence, WWE should announce a match between the two when they visit Saudi Arabia next time in late 2019. The WCW icon might not mind putting over someone like Roman Reigns because Reigns has the caliber to carry Goldberg's legacy forward.
WWE has not allowed any Superstar to pin Roman Reigns since he has returned after defeating Leukemia. Hence, they can call Goldberg back with the kayfabe motive of ending Reigns' streak, which he will definitely not.
