A special guest referee that makes for a sensible choice in the Triple H-Batista storyline is Ric Flair, who has been at the heart of this feud.

Flair, who was a member of Evolution, alongside Batista, Triple H, and Randy Orton, split The Animal and The Game up at the SmackDown 1000 show, when it seemed like the two would come to blows.

And on this week's RAW, Flair was the victim as Batista brutally attacked The Nature Boy to get Triple H's attention.
