Stephanie has teamed up with her brother Shane before but has never wrestled him. However, she faced her husband and father on several occasions. In February 2001, The Queen of Queens teamed up with William Regal to take on her father, Vince McMahon, and Trish Stratus in a tag team match that ended in no contest.
Stephanie went head-to-head with her father again at No Mercy 2003 in an I Quit match and lost.

The WWE chief brand officer also competed against her husband Triple H and Chris Jericho in a triple threat match for the WWE Undisputed Championship on Monday Night Raw in March 2002. The King of Kings hit his wife with a vicious spinebuster to pick up the victory and retain his WWE Undisputed title. Triple H's win also meant that Stephanie had to leave WWE, as the match's stipulation stated.
