Survivor Series was a fantastic showcase of brand warfare where RAW, SmackDown, and NXT fought for prestige and honor. NXT would come out on top at the end of the night to the surprise of everyone involved.
One of the matches in the card that involved two WWE Superstars from the same brand pitted Brock Lesnar against the veteran Rey Mysterio. It was a match where everything but the proverbial kitchen sink was thrown at Brock Lesnar and he still managed to come out on top, to remain the WWE Champion.
So now that Survivor Series is in the rearview mirror, who steps up to The Beast Incarnate on RAW and reminds him that there's still a target on his back? I think that these 5 WWE Superstars could certainly do so and in certain cases, even stand a chance of toppling the WWE Champion.
As always, you can rate your favorite matches from Survivor Series right here.

#5 Drew McIntyre
There is a big chance to turn Drew McIntyre face, and the best way to do so would be to have him square off against the WWE Champion, The Beast Incarnate. Many believe that the man should have been the WWE Champion by this point, but for one reason or the other, WWE refused to pull the trigger on him!
He would make a far better candidate than someone like Seth Rollins, who's had many a chance at the Championship and even someone like Tyson Fury, who should not be pushed to the top just about yet. Drew McIntyre is a big man who can even dwarf the likes of someone like Brock Lesnar, and it would certainly make for a pretty interesting match.
It would be absolutely impossible to predict the outcome of the said contest. Even if McIntyre came up short, it would be a big step up for McIntyre.
#4 Randy Orton
As popular as Randy Orton still is, it just seems like he's been kept away from the title picture for too long. I think that because Orton has been showing signs of becoming a tweener in recent times, he could work as a good guy against Brock Lesnar. It would certainly be a very intriguing program and if you remember their match from a few years ago, which ended in a TKO, it would be a great continuation to their rivalry. Only this time, this would be a more unhinged Viper who would be prepared for Brock Lesnar.
In case you remember Randy Orton's feud against Jeff Hardy from not long ago when he used a screwdriver in a pretty creative manner on the Enigmatic One's ears, you know that Randy Orton can amp up the torture when it's required.
This is the version of Randy Orton that should go up against Brock Lesnar, because while Lesnar may be an unbeatable beast, would he have an answer for someone with absolutely no sense of remorse? RAW certainly needs an anti-hero and someone can Randy Orton could definitely fit into this role with ease!
#3 Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens is someone who never has a chance to establish himself in a brand because he moves from RAW to SmackDown and back again to RAW whenever there's a Superstar Shake-Up. Not long ago, he showed up on NXT as well and he received a thunderous reaction from the crowd in attendance.
What makes the idea of a Kevin Owens vs. Brock Lesnar feud interesting is just how good the man is on the microphone. The very idea of him going up against Brock Lesnar's advocate Paul Heyman should be a treat for fans in attendance and those watching on their television screens.
Also, lest you forget Kevin Owens is a former Universal Champion who was robbed of his Championship when Goldberg received his big push, to the dismay of fans. Even though Goldberg was a babyface and Kevin Owens was a heel, the fact that Owens was no longer the Universal Champion did not go down well with the fans.
Owens would be the clear babyface this time around. He would have the support of the crowd egging him on to topple The Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar.
#2 Bobby Lashley
When Bobby Lashley came to WWE from Impact Wrestling, people had one thing on their mind and they even voiced it aloud on social media! For the first time ever, Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley would be in the same brand and they would get to have a big match. This is a contest that people have been talking about for years now, and for good reason too!
Both men are absolute powerhouses who win a lot more matches than they lose. But more importantly, both men are legitimate scary dudes, because of their background in Mixed Martial Arts. For one reason or the other, WWE has never given Bobby Lashley the push he deserves, first putting him in a feud with Sami Zayn making fun of his sisters, then showcasing his rear end to the world when he was paired with Lio Rush and finally, putting him in a storyline with Lana!
While no man would necessarily mind a storyline with Lana of the nature that Bobby Lashley has been booked in, I do believe that a feud with Bobby Lashley may be a much better use of his incredible talent. Do you guys agree with me?
#1 Ricochet
One of the hallmarks of a Paul Heyman-booked show is the building of brand new WWE Superstars. One of the most promising men in the roster in this regard is Ricochet, someone who can do incredible feats of athleticism with such ease that it boggles the mind!
To have WWE's resident Superhero take on the company's resident 'Beast' would be a battle for the ages, because the crowd would firmly be on the side of the underdog in this case. We know that Paul Heyman is a huge fan of the Cruiserweight style of combat and even Brock Lesnar likes to work with WWE Superstars who are significantly smaller than he is.
If you look across the RAW roster right now, you'll see that while there are top stars like Randy Orton and Seth Rollins, there's a need to create that second tier of top babyfaces that Ricochet and Rusev can fill. A program against someone like Brock Lesnar can certainly put anyone on the map!
Ricochet is just one program away from the big time and if he is given the push he deserves, this could be his time to shine bright!
