Lita is a former four-time Women's Champion and a current WWE Hall of Famer, but when she announced her intention to retire from WWE back in 2006, it seems that the company didn't give her the best of farewell presents.
Lita managed to make history at Survivor Series back in 2006 when she became the first person to lose five times at the event without a single victory. She lost her Women's Championship that night to Mickie James and followed in Trish Stratus' footsteps after the seven-time Women's Champion decided to walk away from the company two months prior to the event.
Trish won the Women's Championship in her final match at Unforgiven earlier that year, but Lita wasn't afforded the same luxury and remains the only person in history to lose five matches at the event without chalking up a single win.
Shawn Michaels' final match at Survivor Series took place back in 2009 where he lost his 10th match at the event, HBK did win a number of matches at the event though, whilst Lita was never able to win a match.
