#3 Rusev
Who else remembers the phenomenon that Rusev accidentally created back in 2017? Well, if you are one of the many fans that let it slip your mind, don't feel bad, as Rusev himself has stated that Rusev Day is over.
It's a shame that Rusev's push could have been more significant if WWE warranted it. Furthermore, this is a man that had fans from other wrestling promotions chanting his name when they knew he wasn't even in the building.
However, there is no use harping on past failures because Rusev is a super talented wrestler that can turn misfortune into gold on the mic or in the squared circle. Besides, the one problem that could stop Rusev from getting back on the horse might be himself, as the "Bulgarian Brute" is currently on a hiatus away from the company.
Rumors have stated that Rusev's WWE contract is expiring soon and whether the former US Champion will re-sign with the company is yet to be seen. Nevertheless, for the sake of speculation, reports indicated that Rusev could return and in my opinion, NXT would be the best place for him.
Down at Full Sail University, Rusev can rebuild his credibility and that would make NXT even more interesting to watch during the ratings war with AEW.
