#1 Cesaro

There is very little for Cesaro to achieve on the main roster

There are few wrestlers on the entire planet who are as consistently brilliant as Cesaro. It doesn't matter who the Swiss Cyborg is thrown into the ring with, he promises to deliver a high-quality match-up.

If he's so good, then why move him down to NXT? Simply put, Cesaro has achieved all he is likely to achieve in the WWE. Since Sheamus has been out of action with an injury, Cesaro has existed largely to make other Superstars look good.

His match with Aleister Black earlier in the year was exceptional and he has also put on some brilliant matches with the likes of Rey Mysterio and Ricochet.

Cesaro's ability to make other Superstars look exceptional is second to none. Just imagine the quality of matchup we could see if he were to square up against the likes of Adam Cole and Johnny Gargano. He is also adored by the fans down in Full Sail and his return to the brand could provide a huge boost to their main-event scene.

With little left to prove on the main roster, Cesaro returning to NXT to help the next generation of stars rise through the ranks feels like a natural progression for the Superstar.
