Seth Rollins has been one of the faces of RAW for well over a year now. Though he's been on a bit of a slump lately, he's mostly been very good and has been a part of some exciting storylines and matches. Therefore, it will be a hard job for anyone to replicate what Rollins did.

There aren't many established wrestlers on the RAW roster, who are ready to take that spot. Most of them don't have any momentum behind them right now, and it wouldn't make sense for WWE to place them on top of the company.

However, there is one person who has a ton of momentum right now, and that is Kevin Owens. His feud against Shane McMahon on SmackDown got a lot of fans behind him, and WWE must capitalize on that. Once Rollins turns heel, Owens will probably become the face of RAW.
