The Undertaker and Mankind had some memorable matches during 1996. Losing to the latter at SummerSlam (Boiler Room Brawl) and at In Your House (Buried Alive Match), The Deadman was out for revenge.
The Undertaker made an epic entrance at Survivor Series1996, held in the iconic Madison Square Garden, ditching his old purple and black attire for a new gothic look.

The Phenom was a man on purpose. He not only destroyed Mankind with a Tombstone Piledriver to win the contest but was also about to decimate his former manager, the late Paul Bearer, before The Executioner made the save.
Taker also laid out The Executioner and certainly cemented his legacy further at this pay-per-view.
#3 The Undertaker vs. Mr. McMahon - Buried Alive Match at Survivor Series 2003
Tensions were at an all-time high in 2003 between The Undertaker and Vince McMahon. The Chairman of WWE had cost The American Badass a lot of matches at the time.
Their feud saw the final showdown at Survivor Series in a Buried Alive Match. The Undertaker dominated the bout from the get-go. As he was about to bury McMahon, his kayfabe half-brother Kane appeared. The Big Red Machine destroyed Taker and helped Vince bury the Deadman.
Despite Taker losing the match, fans will never forget the contest as the trigger that made him return to his original Deadman avatar. The Undertaker extracted revenge by destroying Kane at WrestleMania 20 the following year.
