WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre, and Randy Orton have been engaged in an intense feud for the last couple of months. While McIntyre has managed to retain his title against The Legend Killer at both SummerSlam and Clash of Champions, the feud isn't over yet. Hell in a Cell has been a place where feuds end and there could be no better place to wrap up this rivalry than inside Hell in a Cell.

Randy Orton has gone after multiple legends in the last few months and almost all of them made an appearance at WWE Clash of Champions to assure that he doesn't walk out as the new WWE Champion. On the RAW that followed, Orton made it clear that he is not done yet and even conspired to attack all of those legends.

There were previous rumors that WWE planned for Randy Orton to take the WWE Championship off Drew McIntyre and book Edge to challenge Orton for the title at WrestleMania 37. Things change on the go and we will have to see whether that happens or not.
