Banks and Trish squared off at the Royal Rumble

Sasha Banks vs Trish Stratus has been called a dream match by many and it is a match worth enough of headlining any pay-per-view.

This match pitting the past vs the present could be a passing of the torch of sorts, although Trish has not wrestled in 12 years there is no reason why Trish, at 42, can not still hang with the best WWE has to offer.

Trish and Banks briefly faced off in the Women's Royal Rumble back in January, with Trish mocking Banks' signature taunt. Trish was eventually eliminated by Banks towards the finish of the match in what could be a prelude to a match between the two.

Trish was a big part of the Attitude Era along with superstars like Lita, but never experienced the Women's Revolution. Should she return to WWE for this pay-per-view, this would be the match that would make the most sense. It would not only allow her that 1 more big match but has the potential to elevate her opponent, in this case, Sasha Banks, to the next level.
