#2. Trish Stratus vs. Mickie James

Prior to 2016, Mickie James vs Trish Stratus was considered one of the all-time great women's matches in WWE. It was the period of time when Stratus was wrapping up her career (she would retire a few months later), and Mickie James was the woman who would be carrying the torch going forward.

This resulted in a "crazy stalker" storyline, where James had continuously stalked Stratus. It culminated in a fantastic match, but what happened at the end infuriated Vince McMahon. James had made the "V-shape" with her fingers and did a rather crass gesture and she even grabbed Stratus' private region when trying to counter a finish.

James revealed later on that though she thought McMahon would love it, he was infuriated and berated her in gorilla position after the match in front of everybody. It's still a very revered match though, even by WWE.
