2) Roman Reigns vs. Edge vs. Daniel Bryan in a Triple Threat Match for the Universal Championship (WWE WrestleMania 37 Night 2)

The best Roman Reigns headliner of 2021 had to be on WWE's Show of Shows. At WrestleMania 37 Night 2, the Tribal Chief defended the Universal Championship against Edge and Daniel Bryan in a Triple Threat Match. The challengers earned this spot, with the former winning the 2021 Men's Royal Rumble Match and the latter winning the Elimination Chamber Match.

This proved to be Roman Reigns' biggest challenge of his title reign. The odds were against him, but the Head of the Table had Jey Uso to help him. This match was filled with many memorable moments.

Edge and Daniel Bryan applied a crossface to Roman Reigns with a steel chair leg before trading headbutts. All three men brought their A-games and shifted gears at just the right time. Bianca Belair won the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble Match and earned the right to face Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania 37. WWE announced that this would be the main event of Night 1. This was historic as Banks and Belair became the first African-American women to headline Mania.

Sasha Banks added to her remarkable catalog of classics, doing everything she could to present the EST of WWE as an absolute megastar. Bianca Belair showcased her spectacular strength, agility, and athleticism here.

Highlights were aplenty, with Belair performing a stunning gorilla press slam while walking up the steel steps and her always fabulous 450 splashes. The hair whip of doom and its mark are synonymous with this legendary bout. Bianca defeated Sasha with the KOD to win the SmackDown Women's Title.
