#3 Lars Sullivan could bully his way to Team SmackDown
While Lars Sullivan doesn't look like he would play well in a team, WWE seems to keep on pushing him and giving him as much of a spotlight as possible. This was evidenced by his crushing victories on SmackDown so far, as well as the questionable interviews he has had recently.
Sullivan could dominate his way to Team SmackDown, which would instantly create a feeling of unrest among the team. It may be a similar dynamic to the one Braun Strowman had with Team RAW heading into Survivor Series 2016. The Freak only cares about one team, Team Lars.

Speaking of Braun Strowman, WWE might be interested in a face-off between him and Sullivan. With The Monster Among Men on Team RAW, the two giants could tease a colossal tussle down the line. With Vince McMahon insistent in making Sullivan a star, this may be a personal decision from him.
The one thing that may stop Lars Sullivan from joining Team SmackDown is the fact that the team is already pretty heel-heavy. Jey Uso, Seth Rollins, and King Corbin make up the bad guys in the group. Kevin Owens could do with some babyface company here.
