#1 Big E could lead Team SmackDown to victory

Big E could be the sole survivor.
Big E could be the sole survivor.

There might be a reason why Big E hasn't been featured much on SmackDown since The New Day was separated by the WWE Draft, with the company getting Survivor Series out of the way before putting the spotlight on him. And if Team SmackDown isn't winning the men's elimination match, that is the right thing to do.

However, if WWE books the Blue brand to win the 10-man Survivor Series match, Big E must be the final member of the team. The eight-time Tag Team Champion is the perfect choice to be the sole survivor this year, as he progresses up the card on Friday nights.

After an impressive series of matches against Sheamus, Big E needs to make a few more steps before eventually challenging Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. Representing SmackDown at Survivor Series could be one of those steps.

He may not want SmackDown to win every match at Survivor Series, as long as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods remain the RAW Tag Team Champions, but Big E could still steer the Blue brand to victory. Imagine if he comes back from a three-on-one disadvantage, or something similar, to become the sole survivor.

Survivor Series could host the birth of a brand new main-event megastar, in Big E.
