The Monday Night Messiah

I'm sure some people don't want or don't think that Seth Rollins should be in another MITB match. He's been a main-event guy for the last five years and this could be seen as a step-down. But due to his fantastic work as a heel lately, it makes sense to have someone like the Monday Night Messiah in the match.

The main reason why he should be in the match is his status as a heel. He's one of the top ones in the company and with Lesnar likely taking his usual hiatus after 'Mania, Rollins is the top bad guy on Monday nights.

Another reason why he should be in the match is because his feud with Kevin Owens is likely to continue. The Prizefighter got the elusive win against Rollins at the Show of Shows and I don't know if Rollins will take that lightly. We saw how serious he was on RAW in easily dispatching his opponent.

While someone like Baron Corbin fills this role on SmackDown, he has been on a downturn recently. Losing to Elias was the lowest rung of that ladder for the King. While both Rollins and Corbin could be in the match, Rollins definitely should be. If he isn't challenging McIntyre for the title right away, look for Rollins to try to and muck things up in the MITB match.
