#5 Nothing eventful happens in the US Title match
Going into the United States Title match between Jeff Hardy and Shinsuke Nakamura at SummerSlam 2018, fans realized that they were going to watch the same match they have seen several times on the blue brand in the past. And either from a few new spots, that is exactly what WWE booked at the event. The only difference was that this match ended with Nakamura finally getting a hard-fought victory over Hardy, which was sort of the least interesting route to go.

Not even a Randy Orton appearance was utilized properly, as "the viper" just casually made his way down to the ring to just walk back up the ramp. This feud had the most potential to entertain at SummerSlam, but WWE chose the safe path instead of taking a few risks as they do on SmackDown.
