So the WWE RAW Women's Championship will be contested between Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley at Hell in a Cell 2021. That said, Nikki Cross has been a thorn in the side of both women and even has victories over both of these top-tier stars.
Cross has to make herself a part of this massive match to involve herself in the WWE RAW Women's Championship picture in some way. Without her as the X-factor, quite honestly, the title picture is not all that exciting.

Sure, Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar is the correct route for this feud to follow. That said, The Beast Incarnate's WWE return should not happen at Hell in a Cell. Even if it's at the cost of not having him rip the cell door apart.
It makes a lot more sense to have Lesnar return to WWE when fans are back in the arena. Why waste a gigantic pop when you can have the audience going bonkers?
