Ordinarily, I wouldn't have a problem with King Corbin defeating Roman Reigns because he's a great heel who can do his job very well indeed. But as anyone who has watched WWE for any length of time knows, the fact of the matter is that unless the babyface gets the decisive victory, the feud continues. And I don't think there's anyone anywhere in the world, who wants more Corbin and Reigns matches.

And more importantly, the rumor right now is that Roman Reigns will take on The Fiend at WrestleMania for the Universal Championship. If such is the case, Roman Reigns needs to pick up a big win to insert himself into the Universal Championship picture once again. Nobody has been able to stand up to The Fiend thus far, and Roman Reigns needs to be presented as a viable contender for the Universal Championship.
Reigns needs to pick up the big win and move on to a new opponent like the current Universal Champion by the next episode of SmackDown.
